The North GA Local is operated by Simple Acceleration Systems, LLC. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

Most listings are compiled from public sources, principally Google Places. We do not verify that the details are current, and a business appearing here is not a recommendation, endorsement, or a statement that it is trading.

Ratings and reviews shown on a listing come from Google and are not ours. We do not edit them.

Check anything that matters — opening hours, prices, whether a business is licensed or insured — with the business directly before relying on it.

Claiming a listing means asserting that you own or are authorised to represent that business. Do not claim a listing that is not yours.

Every claim is reviewed by a person and may be refused. If it is granted you can edit your listing's description, contact details, opening hours, photographs and logo. The business name, address and category stay with us, so that a listing cannot be quietly turned into a different business.

We may withdraw a claim if we later believe it was not genuine.

Some listings are paid. Paying changes how prominently a listing appears and what it can show — it does not change the reviews or the rating, and it does not affect whether a business appears in search results at all.

Prices are shown before you commit to anything.

The enquiry form passes your message to the business you chose. We do not take part in what follows and we are not party to anything you agree with them.

Do not use it to send unsolicited advertising.

We provide this directory as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for your dealings with any business listed here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
